A note from Jennifer

This won't tell you to quit.

I spent 30 years in corporate, worked my way up to an executive role, and loved a lot of it. Then I reached a point where I knew something had to change. My identity was wrapped up in my career and in being a successful working mom, so figuring out what came next wasn't simple.

This challenge walks you through the questions that got me there. You might stay and reshape your job. You might plan an exit over the next year. You might go. None of those is the wrong answer.

The only wrong move is staying stuck without choosing. Five days from now, whatever you decide, you'll decide on purpose.
